My name is Liyi Chen. I am from grade 8 class3. As we all know that the school English Festival is coming, I hope all the students can achieve a great process in it. Today I am going to talk about not only the time,famous books but also a poem.
My Mother always tells me that everyone only has three days in her whole life, these are yesterday,today and tomorrow.But for me, I always have two days, they are yesterday and tomorrow. Because when my mum asks me to complete something in time, I always reply to her’Wait.Hang on! Tomorrow.Ok?”Then, no action. And when tomorrow becomes today, I forgot it at alI. My mummy worried about it indeed that My life will be looked back yesterday,ignored today,and looked forward to tomorrow. Actually, I only have a dream for tomorrow. I dreamed to be a “ Peter Pan”. Do you know “ Peter Pan”, The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up)It’s a fantasy book. Fantasy means magic, things that will not happen in our daily life, the things that you imagine in your mind. It was written by James Matthew Barrie in1904. J.M.Barrie is a Scotland novelist and playwright.’Peter Pan’ was the most famous play in his writing life. Peter Pan has humor and the best part of it is a simple story that revolves around the desires of the child within all of us. (I'm just 14, so maybe I don’t think this novel too deep inside).When you were young, you want to grow up everyday;but,when you are getting older,sometimes, you just want to go back to be young. Everyone has a little Peter Pan inside, let’s cherish our little Peter Pan. If we lost it, It’s too late to regret! Because Time Flies! So, we need to value the time.So,in fact, my mum is right,people only have three days in their life.Since life is short. Isn’t it?
